In his lecture, Valentine Rwelengera provides insight into the pastoral, social, and educational reality of Tanzania and sheds light on the challenges of societal issues within and beyond the church environment.
Effective development cooperation plays a significant role in improving these problem areas. By presenting some successful projects by Rwelengera and Seisofrei, the necessity and central importance of a vibrant and reliable partnership for functional development cooperation are highlighted. This form of cooperation offers opportunities for new social and pastoral learning fields.
